Effective immediately, Northwest is lifting the Stage III (13%)
Declared Entitlement Period for unauthorized underrrun volumes
for all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer Compressor
Station that was issued in All Shipper’s Notice 23-221.
Northwest asks all Shippers to stay on rate and be cognizant of
restricted volumes due to the current maintenance.
