Subject: Overrun Entitlement Warning North of the Kemmerer Compressor
Notice Text:
Due to excessive drafting on the system and the need for Northwest
to fill its Jackson Prairie storage account by the end of
September, Northwest is issuing an Overrun Entitlement warning
for all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer compressor
station beginning gas day Thursday, September 1, 2022 until
further notice. Please take immediate action to avoid drafting
the system.
As a reminder and pursuant to Section 14(c) of its Tariff,
customer-specific entitlements may be issued to Receiving
Parties:
1) contributing to the adverse operating conditions for at
least two consecutive days; and
2) whose actual measured deliveries have deviated from
scheduled deliveries for the previous Gas Day by the greater of
10,000 Dth or 5 percent.
