Due to anticipated limited flexibility during the MountainWest
Clay Basin withdrawal testing period, as referenced in Notice
24-048, Northwest is declaring a Stage III (13%) Underrun
Entitlement for all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer
compressor station effective from Gas Day Saturday March 30,
2024 through Gas Day Wednesday April 10, 2024. This entitlement
includes all points on the Spokane, Wenatchee, and Grants Pass
laterals.
Please secure adequate supply to meet demand and avoid banking
the system.
