Subject: Kemmerer Compressor Station Deficiency Period
Notice Text:
As part of Northwest’s scheduled maintenance and as indicated
in All Shippers Notice #23-247, Northwest is currently
performing work at the Lava Hot Springs and Pegram compressor
stations with Kemmerer compressor as the cut point through
November 4 and 11, 2023 respectively.
Primary nomination requests at the Kemmerer Compressor Station
have exceeded the available capacity of 585,000 Dth/d
Northbound (or whatever Northwest cannot mitigate). Therefore,
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a
Deficiency Period for Gas Day Wednesday October 25, 2023. The
Deficiency will be calculated based on a design capacity of
655,000 Dth/d northbound. The Deficiency Period will continue
until the work is completed. Northwest will post on its EBB if
unable to mitigate volumes each day until the work is
completed.
