Subject: Update - Boise Pipe Replacement Phase II

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website and as communicated in the annual maintenance call,
Northwest will be performing pipe replacements in the Boise to
Caldwell compressor corridor, with Phase II of the maintenance
work impacting volumes from June 27, 2022 through August 5,
2022. The available capacity for this work has changed.
Effective gas day July 7, 2022, the northbound capacity at
Boise compressor will be 209,000 Dth/d, which was earlier
listed as 236,000 Dth/d. The southbound capacity at Caldwell
compressor will be 372,000 Dth/d, which was earlier listed as
392,000 Dth/d. Northwest will continue to mitigate volumes to
the highest extent possible.
If the primary scheduled quantities for gas days July 7-August
5, 2022 exceed the operationally available capacity of 209,000
Dth/d northbound at Boise or 372,000 Dth/d southbound at
Caldwell, or what Northwest is unable to mitigate, Northwest
will declare a Deficiency Period based on the Boise compressor
northbound design capacity of 499,000 Dth/d and Caldwell
compressor southbound design capacity of 475,000 Dth/d.
