Subject: Overrun Entitlement Warning Lifted

Northwest Pipeline would like to thank its customers for managing its
supplies and markets over the past couple of weeks. Due to these efforts,
Northwest is hereby lifting the Overrun Entitlement warning for all areas
north of the Kemmerer compressor effective immediately.
Northwest is continuing its efforts to preserving balancing flexibility from
Jackson Prairie and Clay Basin for use during cold weather events late into
the winter season. Northwest encourages its customers to stay on rate and
avoid any excessive banking or drafting.
