Subject: Anomaly investigations in the Muddy Creek to Kemmerer corridor

As a result of pig runs performed earlier this summer,
Northwest Pipeline (Northwest)is investigating four high
priority anomalies in the Muddy Creek compressor to Kemmerer
compressor corridor.
To safely perform this work, Northwest will be isolating the
mainline through this corridor. As a result, Northwest will
not be able to receive gas from the Painter NRU plant and will
not be able to receive nor deliver gas at the Double D
storage locations. The anomaly investigations will run from
September 24 through October 15.
Based on current nominations, Northwest does not anticipate any
interruption to mainline nominations.
