Northwest Pipeline would like to remind our customers of the work that is
planned at Jackson Prairie storage facility beginning Monday July
19th. Jackson Prairie will be shut-in limiting the physical flexibility in
the market area. Northwest respectfully requests that customers manage
supply and demand to avoid all banking or excessive drafting.
Northwest currently has a system-wide Underrun Entitlement warning in
effect and will use the Customer Specific entitlement parameters outlined in
Section 14.6(c) of the tariff as required to manage system integrity.
