Subject: Washougal Scrubber work postponed to a later date

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest's website and as
communicated in the annual maintenance call, Northwest scheduled maintenance
to replace a scrubber at the Washougal compressor gas day July 7 through gas
day July 9, 2021. This work has been postponed to a future date.
Northwest will continue to communicate through notices and updated
maintenance calendar as further information becomes available.
