Subject: Goldendale Declared Deficiency

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest's website, Northwest is
performing anomaly repairs in the Goldendale compressor to Willard
compressor corridor through October 20, 2020. Primary nomination requests through the Goldendale compressor for gas day October 16, 2020, have exceeded the available capacity of 0 Dth/d.
Therefore, pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period beginning gas day Friday October 16, 2020. Based on a design
capacity of 543,000 Dth/d, the Daily Deficiency Volume is 543,000 Dth/d. The
deficiency period will continue through October 20, 2020. Effective October 16, 2020, the Roosevelt compressor deficiency as declared
in all-shipper notice 20-119 and revised in notice 20-123 and 20-129 is
