Subject:  Deficiency, system update and Entitlement warning

Northwest would like to remind our customers of the following:
• For gas day October 15, the Roosevelt deficiency volume will be 180,000 Dth/d:
• For gas day October 16-20, a complete cut out of the pipe will occur in the Goldendale to 
        Willard corridor. Northwest will allow nominations to net to zero. If primary nominations exceed 
        zero in either direction, Northwest will declare a deficiency at the Goldendale compressor, 
        pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff;
• The Jackson Prairie Storage facility is currently at capacity. This limits Northwest’s ability to 
        manage banking;
• Northwest is issuing an Entitlement warning for underruns, for all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer 
        compressor. If excessive banking occurs on any day during the work listed above and until 
        further notice, Northwest will declare an Entitlement for underruns. 
Northwest encourages shippers to align markets with supply during October as we work to enter the 
winter heating season with optimal storage levels.
