Pursuant to Section 10.3(a) of Rate Schedule TF-1 Northwest is raising the available capacity at the
Roosevelt Compressor Station from 290,000 Dth/d to 335,000 Dth/d. The Daily Deficiency Volume will
be revised based on this information effective gas day September 30. The Deficiency Period is expected to last
