Subject: 2020 Summer Fuel Filing FERC Acceptance

On February 28, 2020 Northwest submitted for FERC acceptance its semi-annual fuel filing to place into effect new factors for fuel gas used and gas lost and unaccounted-for. By this filing, Northwest proposes: (1) a decrease from 1.16% to 0.91% in the transportation services factor; (2) a decrease from 0.24% to 0.20% in the underground storage services factor; (3) a decrease from 0.98% to 0.25% in the LNG liquefaction service factor; and, (4) a decrease from 0.53% to 0.14% in the LNG vaporization service factor. On March 19, 2020 FERC accepted Docket No. RP20-592 and the new fuel rates will become effective on April 1, 2020.
