Effective Gas Day January 23, 2020, the Recall Advisories and Operational
Flow Orders (OFO) (see All Shipper Notice #19-161) at the Roosevelt
compressor and Plymouth South constraint location are lifted.
Northwest would like to remind Shippers that the OFO is still in effect at
