In an effort to preserve Northwest’s system balancing at Jackson Prairie, Northwest will not allow
PostID3 noms that will negatively impact Northwest’s account until further notice. Since lifting the previous Entitlement, customers have drafted approximately 1 Bcf.
If excessive drafting continues, Northwest will declare a general system Entitlement for overruns for
receiving parties located north of the Kemmerer compressor station pursuant to Section 14.6 of
