Subject: Rangely declared deficiency period ended

The Rangely compressor deficiency as declared in all-shipper notice 19-165
is
lifted effective gas day October 12, 2019. This is one day earlier than
planned. The maintenance at Rangely is scheduled to be completed late in
the day October 12, therefore, Northwest will only schedule primary
nominations for gas day October 12. Normal operations will be available
for
gas day October 13.
Northwest would like to remind customers that the OFO’s at Rangely,
Plymouth
South and Roosevelt are still in effect until further notice. The
declared
Stage III 13% Entitlement north of Roosevelt is still in effect until
further
notice as well.
