Subject: Declared Deficiency Period at Rangley Compressor - Revised

The following notice was posted on Sunday October 6, 2019 as a
non-critical
notice. It is being reposted as a critical notice.
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest's website, Northwest
is
performing valve replacement work at the Rangely compressor station October
7, 2019 through October 12, 2019.
Primary nomination requests through the Rangely compressor have exceeded
the
available capacity of 263,000 Dth/d which Northwest can’t mitigate.
Therefore, pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period beginning gas day Monday October 7, 2019. Based on a design
capacity
of 350,655 Dth/d, the Daily Deficiency Volume is 87,655 Dth/d. The
deficiency
period will continue through October 12,2019.
