Subject: Jackson Prairie Availability and Potential Entitlement Condition

Jackson Prairie inject capacity for the upcoming weekend is limited to
150,000 Dth/d. Northwest is asking shippers to manage supply and
demand to limit banking on the system.
Due to the limited injection capability at Jackson Prairie, Northwest
may be required to issue an Underrun Entitlement during the weekend
period if there is excessive banking over the weekend.
Additionally, Northwest would like to remind its shippers that its
balancing flexibility will be further limited during the planned
maintenance at Jackson Prairie (October 1-21, 2019) and Clay Basin (October 8-16, 2019) per All Shipper Notice 19-139. Shippers are
encouraged to stay on rate during this period to avoid potential
entitlements.
