Effective Gas Day March 23, 2019, the Recall Advisories and Operational
Flow Orders (OFO) (see All Shipper Notice #18-117 and #19-031) at the
Roosevelt compressor and Plymouth South Constraint location are lifted.
Northwest would like to remind Shippers that the OFO is still in effect at
the Rangely compressor (see All-Shipper notice #19-009)
