Subject: Jackson Prairie Maintenance
Notice Text:
The Jackson Prairie storage facility has informed Northwest that it
will be performing maintenance beginning gas day Friday, December 21
through Sunday, December 23. During this maintenance, Jackson Prairie's
operational capacity for injections and withdrawals will be set to
zero.
Due to the forecasted warmer than normal weather and the upcoming
holiday, at this point, Northwest is not foreseeing the need to declare
an Entitlement Period while Jackson Prairie is shut-in. However, if the
actions of Shippers or individual Shippers result in excessive banking
or drafting, Northwest may declare an Entitlement for specific
geographical locations on its system.
