Subject: Entitlement Update
Notice Text:
Due to customer drafting on its system, Northwest is hereby lowering the
Stage III (13%) overrun Entitlement north of the Roosevelt compressor to a
Stage II (8%) effective at the beginning of gas day November 16, 2018.
Northwest is also declaring a Stage III (13%) overrun Entitlement in the
Kemmerer to Roosevelt corridor including the Spokane and Wenatchee laterals
beginning November 16, 2018.
Over the past 9 days, Northwest's storage account at Jackson Prairie has
been reduced by approximately 900,000 Dth. Northwest is committed to
providing reliable service even on the coldest of days. To provide that
service requires Northwest to preserve its storage account at Jackson
Prairie, particularly early in the winter season.
