Subject: Moab Hydro Test Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest's website, Northwest will
be performing a hydro test between the Moab compressor and Cisco compressor
stations May 21 through May 26, 2018.
The posted design capacity at the Moab compressor flowing northbound is zero
during the outage. The posted design capacity at the Cisco compressor flowing
southbound is zero during the outage.
If primary nominations do not net to zero, Northwest will declare a
deficiency period pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 of
Northwest's Tariff.
