Subject: Underrun Entitlement Warning

On October 24, 2016 in All Shippers Notice 16-082, Northwest posted an underrun entitlement warning
and wants to remind its shippers that the warning is still in effect. The combination of limited available
storage and the current level of banking are pushing Northwest closer towards declaring a customer
specific and/or general entitlement for underruns pursuant to Section 14.6 of Northwest's Pipeline Gas
Tariff.
Northwest is requesting that customers immediately align their markets and supplies to avoid
banking on the system.
