Effective immediately, the Recall Advisory and Operational 
Flow Order warning issued in All Shippers Notice #16-058 at the Kemmerer 
compressor station is lifted.

Shippers can avoid future OFO's being declared by keeping the total 
nominations through Kemmerer at or below the operational available 
capacity.
