Subject: Willard Maintenance Reminder
Notice Text:
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest's website, Northwest will
be performing a class upgrade, hydro test, and pipe replacement near the
Willard compressor station July 26 through July 30, 2016.
Although the posted design capacity at the Willard compressor is zero
during the outage, Northwest will mitigate as much of the outage as possible
by working with its interconnecting partners, and utilizing its storage
flexibility.
If Northwest is unable to mitigate the entire outage and is forced to cut
primary gas, Northwest will declare a deficiency period pursuant to Sections
10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff.
