-Gas Day - start time of the gas day will remain at 9:00 a.m. Central time
-Scheduling Cycles - timelines for nominating, confirming and scheduling will all be revised
-New Cycle - a new ID-3 cycle will be added
-Bumping exclusion- will move from the ID-2 cycle to the new ID-3 cycle
-Post ID Cycle - No changes to the process
-Capacity Release and Recall - timelines for capacity release / recalls will all be revised
-Elapsed Pro-Rate Quantities - the calculation for elapsed pro-rata will change for Intraday cycles

Northwest has posted the timelines associated with the nomination cycles and capacity releases and
recalls along with an elapsed pro-rata calculator on the "Other" section of the website at
http://www.northwest.williams.com/NWP_Portal/downloadsOther.action.

Point Amendment / Segmentation Requests Effective April 1, 2016

For shippers' administrative ease, Northwest will also be slightly revising its timeline for how far in
advance a shipper may submit point amendment and /or segmentation point requests; moving from 25
Business Days to 30 Calendar Days. This minor change will make it easier for all parties to determine
when such request can be made, since it will no longer be necessary to determine which days are
Federal Banking Holidays under the old 25-Business Day rule.

If you have questions, please contact your Marketing Services Representative or the scheduling Hotline
at (801) 584-7301.
