SUBJECT:Green River North Recall Advisory Warning
Northwest is issuing a Recall Advisory and OFO warning for those
Shippers who have OFO obligations through the Green River North
compressor station. Under the Recall Advisory warning, Shippers are
requested to: (1) recall capacity that is subject to an OFO recall
provision; or (2) take other action that is acceptable to Northwest, to
satisfy an OFO obligation.
Northwest is posting an OFO warning since the primary firm scheduled
quantities for the past week have exceeded Northwest's design capacity
of 455,000 Dth/d. In addition, Northwest's north-end storage balance
is below the 1.5 Bcf threshold established to mitigate OFOs.
If primary firm scheduled quantities continue to exceed the design
capacity (or the operationally available capacity on a given day)
Northwest will declare and OFO and issue individual OFO notices to its
Shippers.
Shippers can monitor throughput quantities and obtain a copy of
Northwest's OFO procedures on Northwest's website at
www.northwest.williams.com.
