Notice Text:

Notice Text:
Puget Sound Energy, operator of the Jackson Prairie Storage facility has
issued the following statement:

"On Wednesday, January 6, 2016, Jackson Prairie will be limited to a
maximum delivery rate of approximately 468,000 Dth per day to perform
necessary but unplanned maintenance. Jackson Prairie expects the repairs
to be completed on January 6, and full service restored on Thursday,
January 7, 2016."

Because Jackson Prairie will be limited on January 6, Northwest is
declaring a Stage II (8%) Overrun Entitlement for all Receiving Parties
north of the Kemmerer compressor station for Wednesday, January 6, 2016
only. This entitlement will apply to all mainline and lateral delivery
locations north of the Kemmerer compressor. Nominations at Jackson Prairie
cannot exceed 468,000 Dth including in the PostID2 cycle.

Customers are encouraged to secure adequate supply to meet demand to avoid
entitlement penalties.

Northwest would like to thank the customers in advance for their
cooperation.
