Subject: Columbia River Gorge Maintenance Update
Notice Text:
As a follow up to the All Shipper Notice 15-069, Northwest will be decreasing
the operational available capacity through the Willard compressor station to
zero on October 1 and 2 to relieve stress due to land movement.
If Northwest is unable to mitigate the outage, Northwest will declare a
deficiency period pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff.
