Subject: Plymouth LNG update

Northwest Pipeline would like to provide the following update to the All
Shipper Notice 15-041, dated May 14, 2015, regarding its Plymouth storage,
liquefaction and vaporization facilities.
Continued efforts are being made to bring the Plymouth LNG facility on-line
in a safe and reliable manner.
Northwest regrets to inform its Plymouth LNG storage holders that
liquefaction will be unavailable for the rest of the liquefaction season.
Also, because only one of the two tanks at Plymouth LNG will be available
this winter, Northwest's vaporization capacity will be 150,000 Dth/d.
