Northwest will be performing stress relief work beginning on Tuesday, August
18, 2015 until further notice in the Columbia River Gorge near Skamania, Washington.
Although Northwest will be reducing the line pressure while relieving the stress, Northwest believes it will be able to mitigate any customer impacts by working with its interconnecting partners and utilizing its storage flexibility.
