Notice Text:
Due to banking north of the Kemmerer Compressor station, and the
Jackson Prairie storage facility being full, Northwest is requesting that
customers closely align their markets and supplies to avoid banking on the
system.
If the excess banking continues, Northwest will declare a customer-specific
entitlement for underruns for receiving parties located north of the Kemmerer
compressor station pursuant to Section 14.6 of Northwest Pipeline Gas Tariff.
Please note that gas being banked on the system north of Kemmerer is
currently being injected into Clay Basin. Consequently, during the heating
season, Receiving Parties north of Kemmerer may not have access to gas that
is currently being banked due to constraints in moving the gas north.
