Subject: Moab Compressor Capacity Update - Reduced Capacity Beginning October 22

As posted in All Shippers notice 14-087, Northwest is currently performing anomaly investigations
between the Cisco and Moab compressor stations. While performing the investigations, an anomaly
was discovered that will require Northwest to reduce the operational capacity at the Moab Compressor
station to 127,000 Dth/d for gas day October 22, 2014, and zero for gas day October 23, 2014.
Northwest will increase the capacity, at the Moab Compressor, to the previously communicated capacity
of 252,000 Dth/d on gas day October 24, 2014 through October 28, 2014.
If primary nominations exceed the available capacities as posted above, during the work, pursuant to
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will allocate capacity and
declare a Deficiency Period.
