Subject: Northwest Operational Limitations at Clay Basin

As indicated in All Shippers Notice #26-204, Northwest is
currently performing maintenance at the Vernal Compressor
Station through Gas Day October 19, 2026.
Due to the maintenance, Northwest Pipeline is experiencing
operational limitations impacting the ability to inject into
and withdraw from Clay Basin.
Effective Gas Day October 17, 2026, though Gas Day October 19,
2026, the following locations will be shut in with the
available capacities set to 0 Dth/d.
- Clay Basin Receipt (loc prop: 75): Located at MP 364.7 in
Daggett County, Utah.
- Clay Basin Delivery (loc prop: 77): Located at MP 364.7
in Daggett County, Utah.

unforeseen issue and will provide updates as additional
information becomes available.
