Subject: Vernal Compressor Deficiency Period
Notice Text:
As indicated in All Shippers Notice #26-204, Northwest is
currently performing maintenance at the Vernal Compressor
Station through gas day October 19, 2026.
Primary northbound nomination requests at the Vernal CS have
exceeded the available capacity of net 0 Dth/d northbound (or
whatever Northwest cannot mitigate). Therefore, pursuant to
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's
Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Deficiency Period
for Gas Day October 09, 2026. The Deficiency will be calculated
based on a design capacity of 353,000 Dth/d northbound. The
Deficiency Period will continue until the work is completed.
Northwest will post on its EBB if unable to mitigate volumes
each day until the work is completed.
