As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the 
following locations next week:

- Sumner Compressor: located at MP 1351.64 in Pierce 
        County, Washington beginning gas day October 05, 2026, 
        through gas day October 07, 2026.
- Eugene CS: located at MP 10.04 in Lane County, Oregon 
        beginning gas day October 05, 2026, through gas day 
        October 09, 2026.
- Vernal CS: located at MP 330.25 in Uintah County, Utah 
        beginning gas day October 08, 2026, through gas day 
        October 19, 2026.

The Sumner Compressor will be limited to 872,000 Dth/d 
southbound for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Sumner Compressor 
exceeds the available capacity of 872,000 Dth/d southbound (or 
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
1,033,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work has been completed.

The Eugene CS will be limited to 41,000 Dth/d southbound for 
the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Eugene CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 41,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 49,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed.

The Vernal CS will be limited to net 0 Dth/d northbound and net 
0 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Vernal CS exceeds 
the available capacity of net 0 Dth/d northbound or net 0 Dth/d 
southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of 
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
353,000 Dth/d northbound or 324,000 Dth/d southbound. The 
deficiency period will continue until the work has been 
completed.
