Soliciting Competing Bids
Maximum Rate Long-Term Firm Transportation Capacity
Northwest would like to clarify that for the posted capacity mentioned below, a bidder may bid a longer primary term than the term identified below.
 
The bidder who submits the longest primary term by 10:00 am MT on September 11, 2026, will be awarded the capacity, subject to the 
tied bid procedures outlined in Section 25 of the GT&C of Northwest’s tariff. The Primary Term Begin Date must be November 1, 2027.
 
 
Northwest Pipeline is soliciting competitive bids for available long-term firm transportation capacity pursuant to the Available Capacity provisions of Northwest's Tariff. Bids must be submitted electronically through Northwest Passage.

Capacity will be awarded to the bid providing the greatest economic value in accordance with Northwest Pipeline's Tariff. Tie bids and all other award provisions are governed by Tariff.

Navigate to Contracts > TSP Capacity Offering > Offer List.

Retrieve available offers.

Select the applicable offer and create your bid.

Validate and submit.

Execute the contract request. The bid timestamp is established when Execute is completed.
Note: Bid deadlines are system-controlled and strictly enforced. Duplicate bids may be rejected.
