The Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement in Docket No. RP22-
1155 (Northwest's last Section 4 rate case) requires Northwest
to file a new Section 4 rate case for new rates to be effective
April 1, 2028. Northwest intends to conduct formal settlement
discussions with its firm shippers starting on October 14,
2026. If you have not been contacted directly by Northwest to
sign a Non-Disclosure Certificate, and you believe you should
