Subject: Sumas Meter Upgrade Part 2 - Maintenance Complete

Northwest Pipeline would like to inform its customers that the
Sumas Meter Upgrade Part 2 outage posted on Northwest’s website
from Gas Day September 02, 2026, through Gas Day September 09,
2026, and referenced in Notice #26-162 will be completed by the
end of Gas Day September 08, 2026.
Northwest will begin accepting nominations up to the design of
1,409,000 Dth/d southbound through the Sumas CS (located at MP
1484.48 in Whatcom County, Washington) effective for the Timely
cycle for Gas Day September 09, 2026. This notice will also
formally end the current deficiency period at the Sumas CS
referenced in Notice #26-171.
