Award Methodology
Capacity will be awarded to the bid providing the greatest economic value in accordance with Northwest Pipeline's Tariff. Prearranged shippers retain applicable matching rights. Tie bids and all other award provisions are governed by Tariff. 
How to Submit a Bid
Submit bids electronically via Northwest Passage:
1 Log into Northwest Passage.
2 Navigate to Contracts > TSP Capacity Offering > Offer List.
3 Retrieve available offers.
4 Select the applicable offer and create your bid.
5 Validate and submit.
6 Execute the contract request. The bid timestamp is established when Execute is completed.
Note: Bid deadlines are system-controlled and strictly enforced. Duplicate bids may be rejected.
