Subject: Roosevelt ESD - Maintenance Reminder
Notice Text:
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the
following location next week:
- Roosevelt CS: located at MP 1097.6 in Klickitat County,
Washington beginning gas day August 10, 2026, through gas
day August 14, 2026.
The Roosevelt CS will be limited to 383,000 Dth/d northbound
and 350,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Roosevelt CS exceeds
the available capacity of 383,000 Dth/d northbound or 350,000
Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design
capacity of 546,000 Dth/d northbound or 414,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
has been completed.
