As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the following locations next week:
- Albany CS: located at MP 83.46 in Linn County, Oregon beginning gas day July 27, 2026, through gas day July 31, 2026. - Washougal North Constraint: located at MP 1216.22 in Clark County, Washington beginning gas day July 27, 2026, through gas day August 01, 2026. - Baker CS: located at MP 948.95 in Baker County, Oregon beginning gas day July 28, 2026, through gas day July 30, 2026.
The Albany CS will be limited to 116,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Albany CS exceeds the available capacity of 116,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 120,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work has been completed.
The Washougal North Constraint will be limited to net 0 Dth/d northbound and net 0 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage. Please note, the Grants Pass Lateral will have to be completely supplied with gas coming from the Gorge during this outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Washougal North Constraint exceeds the available capacity of net 0 Dth/d northbound or net 0 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 305,000 Dth/d northbound or 521,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work has been completed.
The Baker CS will be limited to 357,000 Dth/d northbound and 463,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Baker CS exceeds the available capacity of 357,000 Dth/d northbound or 463,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 446,000 Dth/d northbound or 491,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work has been completed.
