Subject: Caldwell Unit 4 Repairs - Maintenance Complete

Northwest Pipeline would like to inform its customers the
Caldwell CS Unit 4 repairs posted on Northwest’s website from
Gas Day June 29, 2026, through Gas Day July 10, 2026, and
referenced in Notice #26-128 has been completed ahead of
schedule.
Northwest will begin accepting nominations up to the design of
452,000 Dth/d northbound and 475,000 Dth/d southbound through
the Caldwell CS (located at MP 849.8 in Gem County, Idaho)
effective for the ID1 cycle on Gas Day July 9, 2026.
