As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the 
following locations next week:

- Muddy Creek N. Constraint: located at MP 438.62 in 
        Lincoln County, Wyoming beginning gas day July 6, 2026, 
        through gas day July 10, 2026.
- Muddy Creek S. Constraint: located at MP 437.56 in 
        Lincoln County, Wyoming beginning gas day July 6, 2026, 
        through gas day July 10, 2026.
- Sumas CS: located at MP 1484.48 in Whatcom County, 
        Washington beginning gas day July 6, 2026, through gas 
        day July 10, 2026.
- Soda Springs CS: located at MP 528.74 in Bear Lake 
        County, Idaho beginning gas day July 7, 2026, through gas 
        day July 8, 2026.
- Mt. Vernon CS: located at MP 1440.18 in Skagit County, 
        Washington beginning gas day July 7, 2026, through gas 
        day July 8, 2026.
- Pocatello CS: located at MP 607.28 in Power County, Idaho 
        beginning gas day July 7, 2026, through gas day July 21, 
        2026.

The Muddy Creek North Constraint will be limited to 539,000 
Dth/d northbound for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Muddy Creek North 
Constraint exceeds the available capacity of 539,000 Dth/d 
northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any 
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of 
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give 
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design 
capacity of 774,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period 
will continue until the work has been completed. 

The Muddy Creek South Constraint will be limited to 708,000 
Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Muddy Creek South 
Constraint exceeds the available capacity of 708,000 Dth/d 
southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of 
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
762,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work has been completed.

The Sumas CS will be limited to 1,075,000 Dth/d southbound for 
the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Sumas CS exceeds the 
available capacity of 1,075,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 1,409,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed.

The Soda Springs CS will be limited to 570,000 Dth/d northbound 
for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Soda Springs CS 
exceeds the available capacity of 570,000 Dth/d northbound (or 
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of 
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give 
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design 
capacity of 652,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period 
will continue until the work has been completed. 

The Mt. Vernon CS will be limited to 1,240,000 Dth/d southbound 
for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Mt. Vernon CS 
exceeds the available capacity of 1,240,000 Dth/d southbound 
(or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
1,277,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work has been completed.

The Pocatello CS will be limited to 462,000 Dth/d northbound 
for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Pocatello CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 462,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 610,000 Dth/d 
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed.
