Subject: Buhl M&ERP and Lava Hot Springs Solar Inspections - Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the following locations next week:
- Buhl CS: located at MP 729.8 in Twin Falls County, Idaho beginning gas day June 08, 2026, through gas day October 31, 2026. - Lava Hot Springs CS: located at MP 567.42 in Bannock County, Idaho beginning gas day June 09, 2026, through gas day June 11, 2026.
The Buhl CS will be limited to 499,000 Dth/d northbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Buhl CS exceeds the available capacity of 499,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 578,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work has been completed.
The Lava Hot Springs CS will be limited to 582,000 Dth/d northbound and for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Lava Hot Springs CS exceeds the available capacity of 582,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 650,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work has been completed.
