Subject: Washougal PLC 5 Upgrade - Maintenance Reminder
Notice Text:
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the
following location next week:
- Oregon City CS: located at MP 21.06 in Clackamas County,
Oregon on gas day May 20, 2026, through gas day June 15,
2026.
The Oregon City CS will be limited to 239,000 Dth/d northbound
for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Oregon City CS
exceeds the available capacity of 239,000 Dth/d northbound (or
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
250,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work has been completed.
