Subject: Vernal ESD/Solar Inspections, Zillah ESD, & Mt. Vernon ESD - Maintenance Reminde

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the following locations next week:
- Vernal CS: located at MP 330.25 in Uintah County, Utah beginning gas day May 11, 2026, through gas day May 13, 2026. - Zillah CS: located at MP 57.59 in Yakima County, Washington beginning gas day May 11, 2026, through gas day May 15, 2026. - Mt. Vernon CS: located at MP 1440.18 in Skagit County, Idaho beginning gas day May 12, 2026, through gas day May 13, 2026. The Vernal CS will be limited to 331,000 Dth/d northbound and 242,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Vernal CS exceeds the available capacity of 331,000 Dth/d northbound or 242,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 353,000 Dth/d northbound or 324,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work has been completed.
The Zillah CS will be limited to 29,000 Dth/d northbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Zillah CS exceeds the available capacity of 29,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 49,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work has been completed.
The Mt. Vernon CS will be limited to 1,152,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Mt. Vernon CS exceeds the available capacity of 1,152,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 1,277,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work has been completed.
Additionally, the available southbound capacity at the Caldwell CS referenced in Notice ID # 26-076 has increased from 363,000 Dth/d to 397,000 Dth/d effective in the ID1 cycle for gas day May 07, 2026, through gas day May 23, 2026.
If primary nomination requests through the Caldwell CS exceeds the available capacity of 397,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 475,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work has been completed.
