Subject: Jackson Prairie Maintenance complete and Entitlement Lifted

Puget Sound Energy (PSE), operator of the Jackson Prairie (JP)
storage facility, has notified Northwest that the maintenance to repair
a malfunctioning component has been completed.
Normal withdrawal and injection nominations can commence.
Because of the increased flexibility with the full return of JP, Northwest is
lifting the Stage II (8%) Underrun Entitlement for all
receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer compressor station effective immediately.
