Subject: Underrun Entitlement Warning North of Kemmerer
Notice Text:
Northwest is unable to sustain further banking on the system with
storage levels approaching full capacity. As a result, Northwest
is declaring an Underrun Entitlement warning for all Receiving
Parties north of the Kemmerer compressor station beginning Gas
Day Thursday, December 11, 2025.
With limited flexibility, Northwest encourages all shippers to
balance their supply and demand needs.
As a reminder and pursuant to Section 14.6(c) of its Tariff,
customer-specific entitlements may be issued to Receiving
Parties that:
1) have contributed to the adverse operating conditions for
at least two consecutive days; and
2) whose actual measured deliveries have deviated from
scheduled deliveries for the previous Gas Day by the greater of
10,000 Dth or 5 percent.
Please remain diligent in managing supply and demand and avoid
banking the system. On system balancing on Northwest’s
Electronic Bulletin Board is currently designated as “No” for all
areas.
