Prior Notice:
Subject: Chehalis Unit 2 Solar Repairs / Notice of Recall and OFO
Notice Text:
As referenced in Notice ID’s 25-190 and 25-197, an additional
outage for Chehalis Unit 2 would need to be scheduled to
complete the Solar repairs. This new outage has now been
scheduled beginning Gas Day November 03, 2025, through Gas Day
November 14, 2025.

The available capacity through the Chehalis CS will be limited
to 490,000 Dth/d southbound beginning Gas Day November 03,
2025, through Gas Day November 12, 2025, as the repairs are
being made.

The available capacity through the Chehalis CS will be limited
to the design of 672,000 Dth/d southbound beginning Gas Day
November 13, 2025, through Gas Day November 14, 2025, for
testing of the unit.

Additionally, effective Gas Day November 03, 2025, through the
end of the outage, Northwest is issuing an OFO Recall Advisory
and Operational Flow Order (OFO) southbound through the
Chehalis compressor pursuant to Section 14.15(d) of its Tariff
to bring the station down to design of 672,000 Dth/d
southbound.

Under the OFO Recall Advisory, Shippers are required to: (1)
recall capacity that is subject to an OFO recall provision; or
(2) take other action that is acceptable to Northwest, to
satisfy its OFO obligation.

If the southbound scheduled quantities exceed Northwest’s
design capacity of 672,000 Dth/d at Chehalis Northwest will
provide Shippers with their specific OFO obligations by 4:00
p.m. MST. Shippers must comply with their OFO obligations no
later than the Evening nomination deadline (5:00 p.m. MST).

If an OFO and deficiency is necessary for a given Gas Day,
Northwest will wait until the Evening scheduling process to
provide notice of a Declared Deficiency period and will make
deficiency cuts to bring the nomination requests at the
Chehalis compressor from the design capacity of 672,000 Dth/d
to the operationally available capacity of 490,000 Dth/d
southbound. If an OFO is not necessary, but a deficiency period
is, Northwest will provide notice of a Declared Deficiency
period and will make deficiency cuts in the Timely scheduling
process to bring the nomination requests at the Chehalis
compressor to the posted operationally available capacity of
490,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate
during any day of this planned maintenance period), all
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff. The deficiency period will continue until
the work is completed.

Shippers can monitor throughput quantities and obtain a copy of
Northwest’s OFO procedures on Northwest’s website at
www.northwest.williams.com.
